A stylized ad to promote a realty development.

This was a very stylized architectural model to show off a new housing development.

It was very much inspired by the real Portafino.

We did several large scale buildings and a much smaller scale to show the entire suburb.

The models were built in wood.

It was all shot motion control.

There was also an interior set that was supposed to represent luxury.
